About Us

EAS Tax Services has been in business since 2004 in the Santa Cruz area. Edd, Aldo, and Scott

have been working with individuals, small businesses, non-profits, churches, pastors, and small

corporations. We are licensed with the State of California and the IRS for all levels of Tax

Preparation. We also have vast experience with the stock markets, investments, estate planning,

customer relations, international teaching, small business ownership, restaurant management, and

real estate.

Edd Breeden is a graduate of UCSB and Fuller Theological Seminary. He worked full-time with the

Presbyterian Church as a pastor in Minnesota and then in California. He worked several years for

Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant, where he was trained in estate planning and investment

management. He has experience in settlement of estates and trusts, as well as customer relations.

For the Presbyterian Church, he has authored three books for church treasurers, including a Guide

for Internal Audits for non-profits.

Aldo James Olivieri is a graduate of UCSC and has experience in international teaching, coaching, small

business, restaurant management, and various jobs within the service industry.

Scott Vaughn is a graduate of UCSC, has owned several small businesses, and has extensive experience

in restaurant management and the service industry.
